Booking Terms and Conditions:

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment is charged at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event and before 5:00 PM on 21st May 2026 will have the booking value held as credit for 18 months, redeemable against future dining at Artisan Restaurant.
  • No credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 5:00 PM on 21st May 2026 or for no-shows.
